We are seeking reliable people to fill full-time and part time self-storage sales associate positions at several of our stores in IL (Danville, Evanston, Wilmette, and Lynwood). All positions require availability on at least one weekend day and some weekdays. Our company puts a big emphasis on supporting our team and creating a positive work environment. Our offices are all closed by 6pm so there are no night hours! We have also added lots of online features for our customers to promote more contactless service. 2 years of experience in sales, retail management, and/or customer service required.
The Area Manager, in addition to their duties as a Store Manager, will be assigned a group of facilities between 1-5 facilities in their prospective district to assist the Regional Manager in a variety of tasks as outlined below inf the essential job functions. The Area manager home facility must be in good standing, maintaining an 85% sq ft. occupancy or higher. The area manager is knowledgeable in all company standards and practices. The Area Manager is a resource for store managers in policies and procedures, securing bids for contract labor, competition reporting, ensuring leads for their assigned properties are answered promptly, assist managers with lock cuts and auctions. The Area Manager is not a supervisory position but rather an administrative support liaison for the Regional Manager. 1-3 years of all-around successful Store Manager experience selling and delivering an ongoing service, emphasizing customer service.
